You will influence strategy, partner with senior leaders, and ensure design system excellence while coordinating across time zones and offshore partners.

Qualifications

• Extensive frontend engineering experience with leadership in architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to define frontend architecture for large-scale apps.
• Experience with design systems used across multiple units.
• Experience in regulated industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple frontend teams to meet goals and manage personnel duties.
• Influence strategy, budgets, and resource planning; monitor results.
• Resolve issues using deep domain knowledge and cross-functional collaboration.
• Define standards and integrate frontend with overall tech function.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to executives and partners.
• Drive architectural governance and RFC processes.
