The role requires extensive knowledge in fraud management and client consulting, with responsibilities spanning from pre-sales to implementation. Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of experience and strong consultative skills, along with a graduate degree and relevant certifications.
Synopsis of the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Fraud & Identity Management Consultant to engage with prospects and existing clients by providing experienced pre- and post-sales consulting on technical or analytical solutions, from pre-sales, design, and follow-through to implementation. This may include understanding model development, strategy analysis, performance reporting, and other ad-hoc analyses and/or 3rd party technical solutions. The role involves enhancing client relationships, driving new programs/revenue, and increasing Equifax's mindshare within your assigned accounts. You will define and agree on innovative, best-in-class solutions for Equifax customers, based on actual customer data/input and insights to address their business challenges and strategic objectives. As a trusted advisor, you are responsible for maintaining a thorough understanding of the fraud and financial crimes landscape and the key drivers challenging the industry. Demonstrate a solid understanding of Equifax's technical and/or analytical solutions and data sets, and how they align with client business needs and challenges.
