Senior Fraud and Identity Management Analytics Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Fraud & Identity Management Consultant to engage with prospects and existing clients by providing experienced pre- and post-sales consulting on technical or analytical solutions, from pre-sales, design, and follow-through to implementation. This may include understanding model development, strategy analysis, performance reporting, and other ad-hoc analyses or 3rd party technical solutions. The role involves enhancing client relationships, driving new programs and revenue, and increasing Equifax's presence within your assigned accounts.

As a trusted advisor, you will maintain a thorough understanding of the fraud and financial crimes landscape and the key industry challenges. Demonstrating a solid understanding of Equifax's technical and analytical solutions and data sets is essential, ensuring alignment with client business needs and challenges.

Responsibilities

• Be our subject matter expert in authentication, fraud, identity management, and AML / KYC, drawing on in-depth knowledge of Equifax solutions, data, fraud trends, industry requirements, system interfaces, and business processes to deliver insights.
• Provide sales and client support through business solutions and technical consulting, assessing, formulating, developing, and presenting solutions supporting client strategies.
• Develop custom demos and proposals, working strategically with the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
• Coach sales, technical, and business consultants on fraud management techniques and market thought leadership.
• Stay updated on fraud trends affecting various industries.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
• Report to the leader of Identity and Fraud Consulting, collaborating with broader teams on product roadmaps and customer requirements.
• Support marketing activities by representing Equifax at trade shows, conferences, and events.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Fraud Management, Authentication, and AML / KYC.
• 7+ years of industry experience with insights into current and future market priorities.
• 7+ years in a client-facing consulting role, leading meetings, and solution development.
• Strong client management, solution management, negotiating, contracting, and issue resolution skills.
• Preferred : Experience in public speaking, government, insurance, or financial services; writing white papers; Graduate Degree; ACAMS and / or CFE certifications.
