Synopsis of the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Fraud & Identity Management Consultant to engage with prospects and existing clients by providing experienced pre- and post-sales consulting on technical or analytical solutions, from pre-sales, design, and follow-through to implementation. This may include understanding model development, strategy analysis, performance reporting, and other ad-hoc analyses and/or 3rd party technical solutions. The role involves enhancing client relationships, driving new programs and revenue, and increasing Equifax's mindshare within assigned accounts. The consultant will define and agree on innovative, best-in-class solutions for Equifax customers based on actual customer data and insights to address business challenges and strategic objectives.

As a trusted advisor, you are responsible for maintaining a thorough understanding of the fraud and financial crimes landscape and the key industry drivers. Demonstrating a solid understanding of Equifax's technical and analytical solutions, data sets, and their alignment with client needs is essential.

What you’ll do

• Be our subject matter expert in authentication, fraud, identity management, and AML/KYC, leveraging in-depth knowledge of Equifax solutions, data, fraud trends, industry requirements, system interfaces, and business processes to deliver insights.
• Provide sales and client support through business solutions and technical consulting, assessing, formulating, developing, and presenting solutions supporting client strategies.
• Deliver custom demos and prepare proposals, working strategically with the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
• Coach sales, technical, and business consultants on fraud management techniques and market thought leadership.
• Stay updated on fraud trends affecting various industries.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
• Report to the leader of Identity and Fraud Consulting and collaborate with broader teams on product roadmaps and customer requirements.
• Support marketing activities by attending and speaking at trade shows, conferences, and events.

What experience you need

• 10+ years in Fraud Management, Authentication, and Anti-Money Laundering/KYC.
• 7+ years in the industry with insights into current and future priorities due to market changes.
• 7+ years in a client-facing consulting role, leading meetings, solution development, and presentations.
• Strong client management and solution management skills.
• Excellent negotiation, contracting, issue management, and resolution skills.

What could set you apart

• Experience in public speaking at industry conferences or large internal groups.
• Experience in government, insurance, or financial services sectors.
• Experience writing white papers is advantageous.
• Graduate Degree.
• Certifications such as ACAMS and/or CFE.
