This role involves providing expert consulting on fraud management solutions, enhancing client relationships, and supporting sales efforts. Synopsis of the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Fraud & Identity Management Consultant to engage with prospects and existing clients by providing experienced pre- and post-sales consulting on technical or analytical solutions, from pre-sales, design, and follow-through to implementation. This may include understanding model development, strategy analysis, performance reporting, and other ad-hoc analyses and/or 3rd party technical solutions. The role involves enhancing client relationships, driving new programs and revenue, and increasing Equifax's mindshare within assigned accounts. The consultant will define and agree on innovative, best-in-class solutions for Equifax customers based on actual customer data and insights to address business challenges and strategic objectives.
As a trusted advisor, you are responsible for maintaining a thorough understanding of the fraud and financial crimes landscape and the key industry drivers. Demonstrating a solid understanding of Equifax's technical and analytical solutions, data sets, and their alignment with client needs is essential.
