Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Fraud & Identity Management Consultant to engage with prospects and existing clients by providing experienced pre- and post-sales consulting on technical or analytical solutions, from pre-sales, design, to implementation. Responsibilities include understanding model development, strategy analysis, performance reporting, and other ad-hoc analyses and/or 3rd party technical solutions. The role aims to enhance client relationships, drive new programs/revenue, and increase Equifax's presence within your accounts. You will define and implement innovative solutions based on customer data and insights to address business challenges and strategic objectives. As a trusted advisor, you will maintain a thorough understanding of the fraud and financial crimes landscape and demonstrate a solid understanding of Equifax's solutions and data sets in relation to client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Be our subject matter expert in authentication, fraud, identity management, and AML/KYC, leveraging in-depth knowledge of Equifax solutions, data, fraud trends, industry requirements, system interfaces, and business processes to deliver insights.
• Support sales and clients through business solutions and technical consulting, assessing, developing, and presenting tailored solutions.
• Develop custom demos and proposals in collaboration with the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
• Coach sales and technical teams on fraud management techniques and market trends.
• Stay updated on evolving fraud trends across industries.
• Build and maintain positive relationships during and after the sales process.
• Collaborate with the Identity and Fraud Consulting leadership and broader teams on product roadmaps and customer requirements.
• Represent Equifax at trade shows, conferences, and marketing events.

Required Experience

• 10+ years in Fraud Management, Authentication, and AML/KYC.
• 7+ years in a client-facing consulting role, with experience leading meetings, solution development, and presentations.
• Strong client management, solution management, negotiation, and issue resolution skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in public speaking at industry events or large internal groups.
• Experience in government, insurance, or financial services sectors.
• White paper writing experience is a plus.
• Graduate degree preferred.
• Certifications like ACAMS and/or CFE.
• Bilingual in English & French.
