Job summary

Prophix Software Inc. in Canada seeks a Senior Implementation Consultant to own end-to-end delivery of Prophix One FP&A implementations for enterprise finance clients.

You will guide scoping, design, configuration, and training, partnering with CFOs and senior leaders to deliver scalable solutions and lasting value. You will lead workshops, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to internal improvements while embedding AI-assisted workflows to boost productivity and quality across

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in a consulting, implementation, or finance systems role.
• Proven ability to run FP&A or CPM implementations end-to-end.
• Deep knowledge of GAAP and FP&A processes.
• Excellent communication with CFO/VP-level stakeholders.
• Based in Greater Toronto Area and eligible to work in Canada.
• English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Experience with AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FP&A/CPM implementations for enterprise clients.
• Run discovery sessions and design workshops.
• Own quality, timelines, and commercial outcomes.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with risk management.
• Provide escalation point for delivery challenges.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to methodology.
