Prophix Software Inc. in the Greater Toronto Area is seeking a Manager, Professional Services to lead a team of Consultants and Solution Architects delivering Prophix One implementations across North America.

Qualifications

• Post‑secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years in a Professional Services or implementation delivery role within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• 3+ years managing or leading a team, with demonstrated ability to develop people and drive performance.
• Proven track record delivering complex, multi‑stakeholder software implementations on time, within scope, and in a state that supports renewal.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve team productivity, streamline processes, or enhance delivery quality; comfortable embedding AI‑assisted workflows into day‑to‑day operations.
• Experience working with finance teams and familiarity with FP&A, budgeting, or consolidation processes.
• Proficiency in French (written and spoken) is an asset for client engagement across Canada.
• Based in the Greater Toronto Area or willing to work within Eastern Time hours; ability to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery health across a portfolio of Prophix One CPM/FP&A implementation and migration engagements across North America.
• Distinguish normal implementation friction from early warning signs of scope creep and risk to go‑live; escalate appropriately.
• Hold the team accountable to delivery best practices and methodology to prevent churn.
• Actively watch for churn risk during delivery and take corrective actions.
• Provide concise, data‑forward updates to clients and internal leadership reflecting engagement health.
• Keep data in delivery and reporting tools up to date for trustworthy portfolio health and forecasting.
• Surface expansion opportunities and route to Sales/CS with context to act on it.
• Flag scoping risks and ensure pattern corrections upstream with Sales.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Solutions Architects to ensure engagements are scoped, resourced, and executed to plan.
• Contribute to delivery methodology, tooling, and process improvement across the NA PS organization.
• Coach the team on judgment, escalation, and stakeholder relationships; provide hands‑on coaching on quality and problem solving.
