Job summary

Prophix, headquartered in the GTA with teams across North America, Europe, and Australia, seeks a Manager of Professional Services to lead a NA team delivering Prophix One implementations for finance teams.

You’ll balance hands-on coaching with oversight of timelines, quality, and client outcomes, shaping retention and expansion across accounts in North America. This is a hybrid role based in the Greater Toronto Area.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years in Professional Services or implementation delivery in SaaS/enterprise software.
• 3+ years leading a team with coaching experience.
• Experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder software implementations on time and within scope.
• Familiarity with FP&A, budgeting, or consolidation processes.
• Based in Greater Toronto Area or willing to work within Eastern Time hours and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery health across a portfolio of Prophix One CPM/FP&A implementations in North America.
• Identify scope creep and early warning signs; escalate to the right stakeholders before renewal risk.
• Maintain delivery governance and coach the team on quality, scope, and client outcomes.
• Collaborate with PMs and Solutions Architects to ensure scope, resourcing, and delivery to plan.
• Surface expansion opportunities and route them to Sales/CS with context for action.
• Represent PS in pre-sales discussions to assess scoping risk before deals close.
