State Street Global Services is seeking a Financial Reporting Officer in Toronto to support client financial statements, quarterly reporting and regulatory filings. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness in a dynamic, controls-driven environment.

The role emphasizes mentoring staff, coordinating with multiple departments and leveraging automation tools such as FundSuite and Macros to improve processes.

Formación

• BS/BA in Business, Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience preferred.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in related accounting or finance field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Performs 1st, 2nd and targeted reviews on client financial statements and quarterly reporting.
• Ensures all regulatory filings are made on time and manages draft distributions.
• Reviews scope of services with the team and ensures client deliverables are met.
• Maintains controls/checklists and suggests process improvements.
• Oversees coordination between departments and offshore partners.
• Resolves client issues and coaches staff for development.
