State Street Corporation in Toronto, Ontario, is seeking a Financial Reporting Officer to perform 1st and 2nd review of client financial statements, ensure quarterly reporting and timely regulatory filings, and support distribution.

You will oversee controls, coordinate with multiple departments, manage client relationships, and coach staff while driving risk management and process automation using FundSuite, MCH, and Macros.

Formación

• BS/BA in Business, Accounting or Finance.
• 4–6 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Strong technology, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead and coach staff.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Performs 1st, 2nd and targeted reviews on client financial statements and quarterly reporting.
• Ensures all regulatory filings are made on time and supports distribution to stakeholders.
• Oversees controls/checklists and suggests process improvements.
• Manages risk across production chains and coordinates with multiple departments.
• Provides coaching and development opportunities to staff.
