Our client, a large and respected healthcare organization, is seeking a Senior Financial Planning Analyst to support organization-wide planning while managing a designated financial portfolio. This permanent opportunity combines FP&A, accounting, analysis, and meaningful business partnership within a complex and purpose-driven environment.
Reporting to the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, you’ll work closely with finance leaders, program managers, directors, and senior executives. You’ll help stakeholders understand their financial results, identify risks and opportunities, and make informed decisions that support essential programs and services.
You’ll join an established team of finance professionals, including highly tenured Senior Financial Analysts who will help you learn the organization and your assigned portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced analyst seeking stability, professional growth, executive exposure, and a collaborative workplace that values independent thinking.
“We’re looking for someone who already has a strong foundation in both FP&A and accounting. Our team will teach you the portfolio, but we need someone who can independently investigate the numbers, partner with the business, and confidently explain what is driving the results.”
