Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience.
• Experience in a multi-entity or consolidated financial environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; CPA designation or progress towards is an asset.
• Advanced Excel skills with experience using financial systems such as OneStream, Hyperion, Intacct, or similar.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Query, SQL, and financial modelling.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis with variance reporting and executive commentary.
• Prepare reporting packages, board materials, and financial summaries for senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Own budgeting and rolling forecasts across 250+ operating locations with robust financial models.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to evaluate performance, identify growth opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Enhance financial reporting processes by leveraging systems like OneStream and pursue automation and data integrity improvements.
• Support strategic projects and executive initiatives through ad hoc analysis and high-impact insights.

• Advanced Excel skills, along with experience using financial systems such as OneStream, Hyperion, Intacct, or similar platforms.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Query, SQL, and financial modelling.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
