Our client is seeking a strong Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to oversee corporate financial planning activities and partner with regional finance teams to deliver meaningful insights for management reporting and strategic decision-making. This role plays a key part in refining financial systems, improving consolidation and reporting processes, and supporting the organization’s overall financial performance. The Manager will act as an important bridge between regional FP&A teams and corporate leadership, helping ensure accurate, timely, and consistent financial information is collected, analyzed, and presented in the format required for executive decision-making. This opportunity is well suited to a collaborative finance professional who combines strong technical and analytical skills with the confidence to build relationships, hold stakeholders accountable, and lead thoughtful financial discussions across a complex organization.
The ideal candidate brings at least six years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or FP&A, including approximately three years of leadership, management, or supervisory experience. They have a strong foundation in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, consolidation, and management reporting and are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. The successful candidate will ideally bring experience from a large, global, or multi-entity organization with complex reporting structures. Big 4 experience may also be highly relevant, particularly for candidates who have developed strong analytical, client-management, and cross‑functional communication skills. They should be comfortable collecting and consolidating information from multiple stakeholders, managing deadlines, challenging assumptions when necessary, and presenting clear financial insights to senior leadership.
