Job Opportunity: Senior Financial Analyst - Financial Institutional Accounting

Our client, an innovative Wealth Management company, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst specializing in Financial Institutional Accounting for an initial 6-month term. This position has the potential to convert to a full-time role or be extended further. If you have hands-on experience in accounting for loans within a financial company, we would like to speak with you.

Note: This is a hybrid role and is only open to Citizens and Permanent Residents who do not require work permit sponsorship.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operational accounting tasks and support special projects.
• Handle Canadian and US accounting activities, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting.
• Oversee month-end procedures, including journal entries, financial analysis, reconciliations, and other accounting duties.

Qualifications:

• CPA with relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
