The Clinical Trials Invoicing Specialist will report to our COO and help facilitate accurate billing for subjects enrolled in clinical trials in accordance with federal regulations to reduce both institutional and individual provider legal and financial risk. They will ensure accurate and compliant billing of clinical research activities from the trial site side. The ideal candidate will have experience with our CRIO CTMS, as well as deep expertise in clinical trial financial operations, research billing compliance, and a thorough understanding of standard of care (SOC) billing practices. They will ensure proper invoicing of clinical trial services in accordance with contracts while maintaining regulatory compliance. They will also maintain accurate and organized financial records related to clinical trials in the billing system, ensuring that all research-related services are clearly tracked and documented.
