Contract Salesforce Integration Specialist – DocuSign & Documentation Automation

Project Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Salesforce Integration Specialist to support a short-term project focused on automating documentation workflows. The core task involves mapping Salesforce fields into paperwork templates and integrating with DocuSign via API for seamless document generation and e-signature workflows.

What You Will Do

• Analyze and map Salesforce fields to documentation templates.
• Write and optimize SOQL queries to extract relevant data.
• Implement DocuSign API calls to automate document generation and signature workflows.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the process.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to validate field mappings and test document flows.
• Provide documentation and handoff support at project completion.

What You Bring

• Proven experience with Salesforce CRM, including custom objects and field mapping.
• Strong command of SOQL syntax and query optimization.
• Familiarity with JSON Data
• Hands-on experience with DocuSign API (REST/SOAP).
• Familiarity with document generation tools or platforms (e.g., DocuSign)
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.

Nice To Have

• Experience with Apex or Salesforce Flow.
• Prior work on similar document automation projects.
• Understanding of data privacy and compliance in document handling.
