A leading company in real estate analytics seeks an Associate to join its research team in Canada. This fully remote position involves financial modeling, research, and the opportunity to build a career in real estate. Green Street seeks highly motivated candidates with relevant work experience and superior academic credentials to join its research team in Canada. We are currently recruiting for an Associate to build coverage of the Canadian REIT universe as well as provide detailed data and analytics on real estate dynamics for the major real estate markets in Canada. Green Street offers the unique opportunity to build a career in real estate and equity research as part of an entrepreneurial venture within Canada. The Canadian team will be fully integrated within Green Street’s global research team and report to the Director of Research based in the United States.This position is fully remote, with a location preference for either Toronto or Montreal.
In addition to a strong work ethic and motivation to learn, the Associate position requires the following skills: meticulous attention to detail, strong financial modeling, valuation skills and research skills, developing communication (both written and verbal) skills, a high level of organization, creativity, intellectual curiosity, resourcefulness, and an ability to work independently and multi-task. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements). Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
