We are supporting a leading asset management company in the renewable energy sector on a Senior Financial Analyst, Investing Accounting. This is a high-impact role ideal for an experienced CPA who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

With over $3 billion in operating assets under management, our client supports institutional investors across the energy and infrastructure space. This Senior Financial Analyst will take ownership of investment accounting and reporting for a growing portfolio, working closely with both internal teams and external advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end accounting for investment portfolios, including monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and investor/lender requirements
• Oversee investment account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with precision
• Support cash flow forecasting, distribution planning, and debt covenant compliance
• Manage annual audits and tax filings in collaboration with external partners
• Enhance accounting policies and internal controls across the investment platform
• Prepare and submit tax information returns (e.g., T5s, NR4s)

What You Bring:

• CPA designation with 5+ years of experience in investment or fund accounting
• Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or asset management preferred
• Proven ability to manage reporting, audits, and tax filings for complex investment structures
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey financial insights clearly
• Comfortable navigating multiple deadlines and stakeholders in a growth environment
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
