Job summary

Digitail is hiring a Senior Finance Manager to partner with leadership and shape the finance function for growth across North America. You will own SaaS metrics, month-end close, investor updates, and the accounting function, balancing AI, outsourced, and in-house resources.

You will manage multi-country payroll, audits, and tax calendars, while delivering clear financial insights for budget owners and executives. Hybrid work in Toronto with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in finance leadership, SaaS exposure preferred.
• Experience managing finance ops and SaaS metrics.
• CPA/CA designation or equivalent accounting expertise.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close, SaaS metrics, and investor reporting.
• Oversee accounting function and determine in-house vs outsourced work.
• Lead audit, tax filings, and multi-country payroll.
• Partner with leaders across Revenue, Engineering, Product, and Ops to drive budgets and spend.
• Build clear processes and trusted finance insights for leadership.
