Job summary
d1g1t is seeking a Vice President, Finance to lead our financial planning, risk management and regulatory compliance as we scale our SaaS platform in Canada. Reporting to the CEO, you will partner with the executive team to drive growth, optimize profitability, and implement best practices across forecasting, FP&A, treasury and investor relations.
You will build a high-performing finance function, lead capital planning and fundraising efforts, and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting for
Qualifications
- Experience leading finance in a SaaS company.
- 10+ years in senior finance leadership with scale-up exposure.
- Proven capital management and fundraising experience.
- Strong communication with executives and investors.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with growth objectives.
- Oversee treasury, cash flow, and capital structure.
- Coordinate financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate reporting.
- Partner with People Team to payroll Canada/US.
- Lead investor relations and board communications.
