Qualifications

• Must hold CPA designation and be licensed.
• 7+ years of accounting and financial operations experience, including 3–4 years in a Controller or senior accounting leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, ASC 606, and other accounting standards, with experience managing external audits and resolving audit findings.
• Proficiency with accounting systems and Excel; strong data analysis skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, ability to develop and mentor a high-performing accounting team, and focus on internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete financial close process, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting for timeliness and accuracy.
• Manage external audit processes, coordinate with auditors, and resolve findings.
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls and compliance across accounting and tax functions.
• Manage banking, cash investments, accounts payable/receivable, and other transactional finance activities.
• Lead and develop the accounting team; participate in the Finance Leadership Team.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in accounting processes and systems; evaluate technology solutions.
• Partner with other business units to ensure integrated financial management and alignment on company initiatives.
