Responsibilities

• Lead a Finance team of six, promoting collaboration and growth.
• Prepare and manage internal and external financial reports.
• Oversee the audit process (8 annual audits).
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets.
• Perform financial analysis to guide decision-making.
• Manage relationships with five external clients for AP/AR and monthly reporting.
• Strengthen internal controls and oversee payment processing.
