Insight Global is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst / Associate Finance Manager level professional to support Direct Fulfillment and customer delivery operations, including store-to-customer delivery, vendor-direct delivery, eCommerce fulfillment, distribution, and transportation.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of finance/financial analysis experience.
• Strong P&L management, forecasting, and month-end close experience.
• Advanced Excel with PivotTables and large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Own and analyze financial performance across delivery operations.
• Review P&L results, identify drivers, variances, risks, trends.
• Support month-end close with journal entries and activities.
• Lead when manager is unavailable and ensure month-end deliverables.
• Develop financial models and reporting to support decisions.
• Analyze costs for transportation, distribution, fulfillment, inventory.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Tech.
• Translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Present results and recommendations in monthly leadership meetings.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, cost-management initiatives.
• Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
