Job summary

Finlink Group is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with Supply Chain leadership in Vaughan, ON. Manage budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cost analysis, and capital investment with a strong focus on operational finance and business partnership.

You will lead a team of finance professionals, develop financial models, and translate numbers into actionable recommendations that improve efficiency and financial outcomes across distribution, inventory, and logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related field.
• CPA designation, MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and performance management experience.
• Experience supporting Supply Chain, distribution, logistics or operations.
• Strong financial modelling, data interpretation and scenario analysis skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning for the Supply Chain function.
• Analyze financial and operational performance to identify cost optimization and productivity improvements.
• Develop financial models, business cases, and investment analyses for Supply Chain initiatives.
• Review expenditures, investigate variances, and ensure alignment with budget.
• Provide financial reporting, inventory analysis, and working capital insights.
