Job summary

Amazon Canada Fulfillment Services, ULC is seeking an experienced Finance Manager for FP&A to drive planning and reporting for the Canadian Fulfillment network. The role partners with executives and cross-functional teams to design weekly/ monthly reviews and analyze labor efficiency across network and regions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in finance/analytical roles, a Bachelor's degree, and preferably MBA or CPA, with strong SQL/ETL and data mining experience.

Qualifications

5+ years of tax, finance or related analytical field experience.
Bachelor's degree.
MBA or CPA preferred.
Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
Knowledge of SQL/ETL.

Responsibilities

Build financial models and analyses to drive results and improvements.
Develop weekly and monthly financial reviews, forecasts, and reporting models.
Coordinate with CACF leaders and WW FP&A to prepare business narratives.
Create standardized models to quantify the impact of drivers on labor efficiency.
Identify and resolve data integrity issues with stakeholders.
Influence outputs, meet deadlines, and set roadmaps.
Mentor team members and participate in hiring and development.
Contribute to a collaborative culture and operations excellence.
