Job summary

Frontier Power Products is seeking a Service Technician – Mechanical to diagnose, repair, service, commission, and maintain industrial power generation equipment. The role includes field and shop-based service, ensuring safe and reliable operation per manufacturer specs.

You will mentor technicians, lead with strong mechanical aptitude, and travel to customer sites for preventative maintenance and repairs, maintaining high standards of customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have Journeyperson Certificate (HET).
• Minimum 3 years of mechanical service or troubleshooting experience with industrial equipment.
• Experience troubleshooting John Deere and/or Kubota engines is required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, service and maintain industrial generators and engines.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to technicians and apprentices.
• Assist with training and development of technicians and sharing best practices.
• Identify mechanical faults and determine repairs.
• Lead safe, professional service and communicate with customers and internal teams.
