Job summary

Miipe is seeking a Senior QA Analyst with Field Services experience to join our team in Canada. You will validate complex Field Services processes, manage testing across web and mobile apps, and ensure quality in integrations with enterprise systems.

Bring 3+ years of QA/testing and hands-on FSM experience to lead testing efforts, coordinate across teams, and support UAT/ORT. Ontario is preferred, but we welcome candidates nationwide with a strong testing mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of QA/testing experience in telecom, utilities, or field-ops environments.
• Hands-on Field Service Management (FSM) testing of FSM apps, systems, and end-to-end workflows.
• Experience with end-to-end, functional, integration, regression, UAT, and ORT testing.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Field Services requirements and identify testing gaps.
• Validate end-to-end Field Services processes including work orders and dispatch.
• Test integrations between Field Services platforms and enterprise systems.
• Develop and execute test strategies, plans, cases, and scenarios for Field Services solutions.
• Perform functional, integration, system, regression, UAT, and ORT testing across web, mobile, and backend apps.
