Job summary

GovTech Talent Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Software QA Tester to lead testing efforts across GUI and non-GUI systems. The role focuses on test planning, execution of functional/integration/system/testing, and defect management with tools like ALM, JIRA, Bugzilla, and Azure DevOps.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in QA, with assets in Siebel CRM, Siebel Test Automation, and Adobe AEM, plus automation experience with UFT/Selenium. Ontario-based or remote candidates may apply.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Software QA Tester.
• Experience testing Oracle Siebel CRM is a strong asset.
• Experience working on Siebel Test Automation is an asset.
• Experience testing Adobe AEM is an asset.
• Knowledge of QA methodologies and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Provides advice on testing strategy, test plans, the selection of testing tools, and required resources.
• Plans and organizes testing for GUI and non-GUI environments, including integration, specialized, and user acceptance tests.
• Develops test plans, scripts and cases and executes them with project teams.
• Executes functional, integration, system, and regression tests.
• Identifies, documents and tracks defects using ALM, JIRA, Bugzilla, and Azure DevOps.
• Develops and maintains automated test scripts with Micro Focus, OpenText UFT, Selenium, TestComplete or Postman.
• Integrates automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Performs performance, stress and load testing to validate capacity.
