Job summary

Group Medical Services (GMS) in Canada is hiring a Quality Assurance Testing Specialist to drive exploratory and automated testing across our digital transformation. You will write and execute unit and end-to-end test cases, develop automation scripts with Microsoft Playwright, and liaise with technology, PMO and business teams to ensure quality customer experiences.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and 3+ years in software development and QA, plus strong knowledge of QA

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related subject.
3+ years' experience in software development and quality assurance.
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and tools.
Prior experience with software development technologies.

Responsibilities

Write and execute on unit and end-to-end test cases for transformation.
Support understanding of data needed to test against and create data if necessary.
Develop and execute automation test scripts.
Identify, record, document and track all bugs, and monitor debugging results.
Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved.
Support and execute testing processes for transformation to meet GMS and vendor needs.
Liaise with internal teams to identify testing requirements.
Track quality assurance measures.
Maintain up to date knowledge with testing tools: Azure DevOps, Jira, PowerBI, Excel, Playwright.
