Job summary

BGIS seeks a Facility Manager III to oversee a portfolio of Canada-wide properties, ensuring cost-effective, safe and efficient operations under the SOW. You will manage budgets, maintain building systems, and act as the primary BGIS representative to clients and tenants, delivering proactive communication and strategic analysis to drive asset value.

The role emphasizes leadership, contract management, and proactive service in a high-expectation environment.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years' experience in a property/facility management environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong negotiation and analytical problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Is the single point of contact for a portfolio of properties and all facility related requests.
• Manages customer relationships and provides proactive communications.
• Builds strong relationships with end users and is a trusted partner with the assigned line of business/client.
• Creates presentations for client consumption showcasing trends and insights that support operations.
• Coordinates with third parties and client parties to ensure timely, cost-effective solutions.
• Provides a white glove service level for a high-touch portfolio.
• Supervise team members and manage escalations.
