Job summary

BGIS is seeking a Facility Manager III in Newmarket, Ontario. This role is the primary BGIS representative for day-to-day client interactions, owning all activity in the building and ensuring safety, cost effectiveness, and performance.

You will lead a team, manage budgets, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive safety culture. The position offers development opportunities and requires 5–10 years in FM, with IFMA CMA and BOMI credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance and facilities operations.

• Coordinate with BGIS teams (Health, Safety, Environment, Janitorial, Project Management).
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance and environmental stewardship.
• Maintain vendor relationships and performance monitoring.
