Job summary

BGIS is seeking a Facility Manager III to own and drive operations across assigned building(s). This role serves as the BGIS representative and ensures safe, cost-effective facilities management aligned with client contracts.

You will lead the maintenance team, manage budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional BGIS departments to deliver integrated facility services and exceptional occupant experiences.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years’ experience in property/facility management environments.
• Strong leadership, planning and organisational abilities.
• Knowledge of building standards, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with budgets, costs, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and regulatory programs across BGIS sites.
• Supervise technical staff and maintenance teams.
• Oversee warranties, asset integrity and capital planning inputs.
• Monitor work orders, timelines, and cost records.
• Maintain occupant experience and client relationships.
