Job summary

Aqam is seeking a proactive leader to oversee Food & Beverage operations across multiple outlets at St. Eugene Golf Resort & Casino. You will partner with the F&B Manager to drive smooth daily operations, staffing, inventory, and cost controls while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

The role requires strong leadership, hospitality excellence, and experience in restaurant, banquet, and casino environments. Flexible availability, and knowledge of POS systems are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a supervisory or management role within F&B.
• Experience across multi-outlet operations including restaurant, banquet, and casino environments.
• Strong guest service orientation and hospitality mindset.
• Knowledge of inventory, scheduling, and cost controls.
• Serving It Right certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and oversee daily Food & Beverage operations across all outlets to ensure seamless service.
• Assist in managing staffing levels and scheduling based on business demand.
• Participate in department meetings and contribute to the overall success of the F&B department.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members, fostering hospitality and service excellence.
• Uphold service standards and ensure guests feel valued and cared for.
• Engage with guests and resolve concerns with professional guest recovery.
• Support financial accountability, including cash handling, labour control, and cost management.
• Assist in managing inventory, ordering, and beverage programs.
• Oversee reservation systems and guest flow across venues.
• Assist in planning and executing special events and banquets.
• Work toward achieving budgeted labour, cost, and revenue goals while maintaining quality.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and service enhancements.
• Maintain POS systems knowledge and support updates and troubleshooting.
