Qualifications

• Experience supervising a restaurant or F&B team.
• Strong hospitality focus and guest satisfaction mindset.
• Serving It Right certificate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shift operations to ensure seamless service.
• Adjust staffing levels based on business demand.
• Participate in FE&B department meetings and drive success.
• Assist in training new team members and foster service excellence.
• Uphold service standards to make guests feel valued.
• Engage with guests and address concerns to recover guests.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and financial accountability.
• Manage reservation bookings to optimize guest experience.
• Assist with setup and cleaning of special events.
• Work toward achieving budgeted labor, costs and revenue goals.
• Suggest and implement hospitality-driven improvements.
• Maintain understanding of the POS system and support updates.
