Job summary

Randstad Canada is seeking an expeditor to support the Supply Chain function by expediting and tracking all aspects of equipment and materials for POs, contracts, or projects. You will proactively manage stakeholder meetings, templates, and risk mitigation while building strong vendor and client relationships.

The role requires 3-4 years in a fast-paced environment with solid knowledge of expediting, logistics, and project documentation, plus strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years in a high pace environment.
• Experience with expediting, logistics and project document requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education.

Responsibilities

• Expedite and track assigned equipment/material to site and align with project schedules.
• Coordinate vendor documentation and approvals (drawings, ITPs, VDRs, etc.).
• Lead vendor supply meetings and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Assist with invoice review and logistics coordination.
