Job summary

Net2Source Inc. is seeking an Expeditor II - Logistics in Calgary on a 12+ month assignment. You will expedite and track critical items and manage stakeholder communications to reduce delivery risks.

Build strong vendor and internal relationships across engineering, project teams, and SCM functions. candidates should have a university degree in a related field or 2–4 years of relevant experience, with solid knowledge of expediting best practices and logistics processes.

Qualifications

• University degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, Economics, or 2–4 years related experience.
• Knowledge of expediting best practices and an understanding of logistics and project documents.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Equivalent combination of experience, training, and/or education.

Position: Expeditor II - Logistics

Pay Rate: $30-34/hr. on T4

Location: Calgary AB (Hybrid)

Duration: 12+ Months (Possible Extension)

High-Level Description

• Support the Supply Chain function by expediting and tracking all aspects/deliverables for assigned items (equipment/material required for completion of Purchase Orders, Contracts, or Projects).
• Proactively expedite assigned item(s) by managing and utilizing stakeholder meetings, systems, templates, and processes, while aiding in mitigation of or identifying potential risks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders including vendors and key client groups such as engineering, project team members, project contractors, quality, and other SCM team members (e.g., Logistics).

Required:

• University degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, Economics, or 2 to 4 years related field experience may be considered.
• Previous working knowledge and experience of expediting best practices and an understanding of logistics, purchasing, and project document requirements.
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to maintain and build strong working relationships.
• Equivalent combination of experience, training, and/or education.
