Based in Calgary, this senior individual contributor role operates within the project expediting framework and collaborates with Engineering, Quality, and Procurement to drive timely deliveries

Qualifications

• 7+ years expediting, procurement, or related project supply chain.
• Ability to challenge detailed manufacturing schedules and recovery options with suppliers.
• Proficient in MS Office; able to use AI tools to improve productivity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expediting plans within the approved project framework; manage long-lead packages through engineering, manufacturing, shipment, receipt, and closeout.
• Lead expediting reviews of supplier recovery plans; test root cause, schedule logic, and material availability.
• Challenge supplier schedules and reconcile dates with contractual milestones and construction needs.
• Plan and lead targeted shop-expediting visits with project approvals and verify progress and evidence.
• Resolve delivery interfaces with Engineering, Document Control, and Logistics; escalate when commitments are unsupported.
