Hatch is seeking a Senior Expeditor to join our Calgary team, focusing on keeping critical materials and equipment moving efficiently through procurement and delivery. You will work with multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, and stakeholders on large-scale projects and contribute to international delivery efforts.

You will lead expediting activities, manage plans and budgets, and ensure timely reporting and documentation.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years’ experience as an Expeditor with a proven track record.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of ISO 9000 and ISO 1901.
• Know and comply with all regulations and legislative requirements.
• Collaborate on exciting projects to develop innovative solutions.

Responsabilités

• Lead expediting activities on a project under the direction of the project Procurement Manager.
• Prepare Expediting Execution Plan and control plan with budget, establish expediting levels and report spend.
• Expedite all project equipment/materials/documents per the expediting plan.
• Monitor vendor schedules to maintain timelines and pre-empt delays.
• Coordinate with client and project members regarding expediting issues.
• Interface with vendor and internal teams using iPas MP or similar reporting to maintain schedules.
