We are seeking a seasoned Senior Executive Assistant to support two executives - the Chief Sourcing Officer and Vice President, Fresh Procurement, of Loblaw Companies Limited. The ideal candidate must possess a high degree of professionalism, exceptional organizational and planning skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, keen attention to detail, and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at various levels across the organization.
The role includes assisting the Chief Sourcing Officer and Vice President, Fresh Procurement, with administrative initiatives, project coordination, developing agendas, project plans, and documents. This position requires a high level of anticipation, attention to detail, judgment, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.
