Xero Limited in Canada is seeking a Senior Events Manager to lead strategy and end-to-end execution of Xero-led and sponsored events across Canada. You will craft memorable event experiences—including CA Roadshows and Xerocon that deepen our community's connection to our platform and align with broader business goals.

In this role, you will also act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders and provide guidance and mentorship across the marketing team.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end event programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with event tech platforms and analytics.
• Ability to manage budgets and drive ROI insights.

• Plan and execute flagship Canadian events, including CA Roadshows and Xerocon.
• Manage budgets, venues, vendor contracts, and on-site delivery across workstreams.
• Leverage event tech platforms and analyze data for post-event recommendations.
• Improve processes to ensure consistency, efficiency and scalability.
