Job summary

EventMobi, a remote-first company, is seeking an experienced corporate events marketer based in Canada to own the company’s global events program. You will manage trade shows, sponsored events, and owned experiences while partnering with Sales, Demand Gen, and Customer Success to drive pipeline and measurable ROI.

The role emphasizes strategy and hands-on execution, with monthly travel across North America and Europe to engage event audiences and showcase EventMobi’s platform.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in corporate event marketing at a B2B company.
• Experience managing a high volume of third-party trade shows and sponsored events.
• Experience planning and executing a mid-size user conference and exclusive dinner series.
• Strong Event Tech experience with registration platforms and lead apps.
• Ability to craft sharp event messaging and copy.

Responsibilities

• Own the tradeshow floor: calendar, budget, messaging, pre-show marketing, booth design, staffing and on-site execution.
• Make every sponsored event pay off: on-site presence, opt-ins, and collaboration with Sales/CS to build pipeline.
• Build EventMobi’s owned events from local dinners to a first user conference.
• Run it like your business: manage vendors/contracts and forecast budgets with quarterly guidance.
