Job summary

Maplesoft Group is seeking a Senior ERP – SAP Solution Manager for a 12-month contract. The role is hybrid in Peel, Ontario, overseeing SAP strategy, sustainment, and modernization across SAP SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, and enterprise integrations.

You will lead architecture, governance, and ITSM improvements, collaborating with stakeholders and partners to deliver secure, scalable solutions. The position requires extensive ERP experience, strong HR/Payroll process knowledge, and certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP solution design, architecture, implementation, and sustainment activities across multiple enterprise applications.
• Provide technical and functional leadership for SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Concur, Workforce Software, and enterprise integrations.
• Design and oversee API, middleware, and cloud integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Support ERP modernization initiatives through solution assurance, fit-gap analysis, testing, cutover planning, and post-implementation support.
• Establish and improve IT Service Management (ITSM) processes aligned with ITIL best practices, including incident, change, problem, and release management.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, vendors, and implementation partners to deliver scalable and secure SAP solutions.
• Guide governance, cybersecurity, identity and access management, audit compliance, and operational readiness across the SAP ecosystem.
• Drive continuous improvement through governance frameworks, KPIs, documentation, knowledge transfer, and support model enhancements.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior ERP – SAP Solution Manager to provide functional, technical, and architectural leadership across enterprise SAP initiatives. The successful candidate will support both ongoing SAP operations and major transformation projects while ensuring scalable, secure, and supportable solutions. This role requires extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP integrations, enterprise architecture, IT service management, and stakeholder collaboration within complex organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive SAP experience across implementation and production support, including at least 4 years providing senior-level leadership within complex enterprise environments.
• Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Employee Central Benefits, Employee Central Payroll) and payroll/workforce management integrations.
• Hands-on experience supporting SAP S/4HANA, SAP integrations, APIs, middleware, SAP Integration Suite, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Strong functional knowledge of HR, Payroll, Finance, and Procurement business processes.
• Experience with ITIL-based IT Service Management practices and tools such as ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and SAP4Me.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, identity and access management, and SAP governance.
• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• SAP Certified Application Associate (or equivalent SAP certification).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Concur implementations.
• Experience working in large, complex, or highly regulated organizations.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate, COBIT, or similar delivery frameworks.
• Experience with SAP Cloud Identity Services and enterprise cloud architecture.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications such as SAP Ariba, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Construction Project Management solutions, or budgeting platforms.
• ITIL Foundation Certification.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Employee Central Payroll certification.
• SAP Integration Suite (BTP) certification.
• Workforce Software certification.

Compensation

Salary Range: $90.00 – $110.00 per hour
