Job summary

ENTRUST Canada is seeking a Project Manager to join our Calgary team and support the project management group. You will be provided with guidance and hands-on training while continuously challenged in all aspects of project execution within a flexible work environment.

Responsibilities include managing EPCM projects, coordinating engineers and subcontractors, producing client weekly/monthly reports, monitoring costs and forecasts, and leading project meetings with a strong focus on delivering

Qualifications

Past experience with project management.
Minimum 5 years' work experience.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a wide spectrum of clients.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives.
Positive attitude, strong client focuses and results driven.
Experience in the utility industry.
3 - 5 years' experience working in utility projects.
Sc. in Electrical Engineering and registered as an active member with APEGA.

Responsibilities

Manage projects on an EPCM basis.
Work closely with project coordinator to ensure project deliverables are being met.
Coordinate project engineers, subcontractors, and other business units.
Create client specific weekly and monthly reports.
Regularly review project costs, accruals, and forecasts.
Create project schedules, risk registers, and execution plans.
Chair project meetings.
Be the main contact for client interactions and requests.
Create estimates and project proposals.
