Qualifications

• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members; foster initiative, collaboration, and professional growth.
• Champion a strong safety culture by promoting safe work practices and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare and review technical reports, presentations, standards, specifications, and engineering documentation.
• Project Leadership: Lead and coordinate multi-discipline design teams for medium to large-scale projects, ensuring integration across structural, mechanical, civil and electrical domains.
• Technical Problem Solving: Resolve highly technical and unusual design or field engineering issues by conducting independent studies and exercising expert judgment.
