Job summary

CANUSA EPC LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager for power generation and EPC projects in Canada. Lead complex projects from engineering through execution, including client relationships, multidisciplinary teams, procurement, and construction, with significant site travel.

The role requires deep expertise in gas and steam turbines, electrical infrastructure, and large industrial facilities, plus strong leadership in budgets, schedules, risk, and commercial performance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in large-scale power generation, electrical infrastructure, or EPC projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup.
• Experience with major capital projects and TIC values around hundreds of millions CAD.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison with clients to achieve objectives, schedules, budgets, and performance.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, startup and turnover.
• Review engineering deliverables and coordinate disciplines across P&IDs, layouts, and schematics.
• Support procurement, vendor coordination, and OEM engagements.
• Oversee construction planning, commissioning, startup, performance testing, and turnover.
