Job summary

Fortra, LLC is seeking a Principal Professional Services Consultant to drive deployments of our software solutions, act as a trusted technical advisor, and mentor the Professional Services team. You will lead enterprise deployments, design solutions, and ensure successful integrations for diverse customers.

The role requires strong consulting expertise, advanced technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in Professional Services, Technical Consulting, Software Implementations, or related fields.
Proven experience delivering enterprise software implementations and customer-facing technical consulting engagements.
Advanced technical expertise in software deployment, integration, and architectures.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder-management abilities.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the deployment and implementation of Fortra software solutions within customer environments.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout project lifecycles.
Deliver consulting services and technical support both remotely and onsite.
Develop implementation plans, deployment procedures, and production rollout strategies.
Identify and resolve technical issues with advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Provide technical education, mentorship, and coaching to Professional Services team members.
