Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Senior Technical Consultant to support enterprise engagements, collaborating with colleagues to deliver the customer vision and key deliverables. You will act as a hands-on advisor with strong solution and technical knowledge, Salesforce product familiarity, and industry experience.

The role involves leading enterprise desktop, cloud, and mobile solutions, including integrations using middleware, and presenting options with risk-aware decision making. Travel ~25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Secret Clearance: 10 years of verifiable work and residence history, generally from within Canada.
• Experience as an Architect or Senior Developer with leadership in large organizations.
• 2+ years as Architect or Senior Developer in large orgs with leadership experience.
• Experience with enterprise architecture, integration technologies, SSO, and data management.
• Experience with Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and lead customer/partner success stories.

Responsibilities

• Become a highly certified Salesforce expert and advise customers.
• Help clients meet/exceed goals and metrics.
• Contribute to customer success through front/back-end solution development and release management.
• Deliver high CSAT and customer satisfaction.
• Provide guidance on architecture, design, environment management, testing, and Salesforce education.
• Lead design documentation and integrate Salesforce with customer infrastructure.
• Identify and manage risk; drive issue resolution.
