Decagon is seeking a senior, hands‑on leader to own the end‑to‑end AI delivery for Fortune 500 customers. You will partner with C‑suite executives, scope and build scalable AI agents, and guide cross‑functional teams to scale deployments that redefine the customer experience across channels.

Qualifications

High‑stakes experience guiding senior executives and large, complex organizations.
Desire to own and build AI solutions end-to-end rather than hand off results.
Ability to discuss AI agent designs with both engineers and executives.
Proven track record as a trusted advisor to Fortune 500 clients.
Comfort operating in fast, ambiguous environments while shaping solutions.

Responsibilities

Own the technical win on the largest strategic opportunities with cross‑functional teams.
Serve as executive partner to the C‑suite, defining and driving AI transformation roadmaps.
Design, build, and optimize enterprise‑grade AI agents in production.
Turn frameworks into reusable assets that scale across accounts and feed the product roadmap.
Direct Forward‑deployed engineers and partner teams to deliver at scale.
Run tight feedback loops into Product and Engineering to shape the product from deployments.
