Bits In Glass (BIG) is seeking a senior architect to lead ConveneAI engagements, shaping technical strategy and governance from pre-sales through delivery. You will own architecture decisions, oversee model hosting and data residency, and mentor engineers across pods globally while remaining hands-on with code and design reviews.

The role emphasizes cost management, secure and scalable AI architecture, and collaboration with ConveneAI teams to drive enterprise outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years building and shipping enterprise software, with 2+ years on production LLM/agentic systems.
• Experience owning architecture across multiple concurrent engagements, not a single programme.
• Deep hands-on capability: Python, cloud architecture, distributed systems, and API design; reading/writing code.

Responsibilities

• Shape engagements before they are sold by assessing what is buildable in 8–12 weeks.
• Govern architecture across live pods: model hosting, data residency, security posture, integration patterns.
• Own the reference architecture and accelerator library for reuse across engagements.
• Mentor engineers and conduct design reviews to raise the technical ceiling of delivery.
• Attend architecture reviews with clients and guide the technical path to signed deals.
