RouteThis is a Waterloo-based B2B SaaS company focused on automating customer support services with innovative software solutions for modern, WIFI-connected homes. We aim to reduce OpEx, increase revenue, and mitigate risk for our clients. We seek experienced Enterprise Sales professionals to help us expand our reach and revolutionize a $20+ billion industry.

In this role, you will:

  • Understand and communicate the unique RouteThis Value Drivers to customers and prospects.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies for your target accounts with support from marketing and sales leadership.
  • Exceed pipeline and revenue targets quarterly.
  • Navigate complex enterprise organizations, engaging multiple stakeholders and developing champions.
  • Manage multiple sales cycles with 6-12 month purchasing timelines and high six-figure deal sizes.
  • Accurately track opportunity details in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide customer feedback.
  • Maintain a balanced and healthy sales pipeline.
  • Lead clients and internal teams through the customer journey.
  • Partner with customer success teams to ensure high satisfaction.

What you bring:

  • 8+ years in B2B SaaS sales at the enterprise level.
  • Proven success selling to VP and C-level executives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Consistent track record of closing 6+ figure deals.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-starting environment.
  • Strong prioritization skills.
  • Validated top 10% quota achiever.
  • Team-selling experience is essential.
  • Telecommunications experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally on short notice.
  • Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or Communications with excellent academic record.
